• Commissions are for non-commercial, personal use only. Please let me know if you are unsure whether you are allowed to use the art for a specific purpose. 

• In order to maintain a smooth experience for both sides, discussions regarding commission details should receive a response within 2 days. Prolonged response may result in postponed finalisation date.​

• I reserve the right to decline commissions that I am not comfortable with, or that are beyond my abilities.

• You cannot edit my arts without asking me first. The only exception is cropping it to fit into social media icons and banners.

• Please keep in mind to credit me when using my artwork. You can credit my commission page, 'Yasa', or '夜左'. 

• Payment is only accepted via Stripe, which supports methods like CashApp, Google Pay, etc. (please check their website for more details). If you are interested in commission types that are not listed, you can still contact me to discuss the details.

• If you have any difficulties complying with the points listed and require adjustments, feel free to let me know. I am open to discussion!

I will provide exact dates for each stage and comply with the promised date.

 

Request confirmed and commission accepted.

• Please provide clear information. If you like to provide any visual references, please ensure the reference is in good quality. If you do not have specific ideas in mind, please make sure you are comfortable in entrusting my skills.

Complete Payment

• 100% payment must be completed to continue the commission process. (50/50 payment is available if the price is over $50AUD).

Sketch Stage (two free opportunities for slight modification)

• Changes that are not considered as 'slight modification' include entire posture change, colour change for the whole character, etc. There will be an additional fee applied for drastic alterations and for changes after the free opportunities.

• You can request alterations at once, which will be considered as using 'one opportunity'. For instance, 'I'd like the character to smile with mouth shut, and change their eye colour to blue.' will be considered as using one of the chances. Asking for modification after seeing the updated sketch will consider as using your 'second chance'.

Receive Finalised Work!

• There will be no chances for modification at this stage, unless I am the one at fault for getting the details wrong. For instance, if I overlooked the descriptions specified in your commission request, or changes you requested during the sketch stage.
